The Gadget Gods have done it again. The USB mail notifier is a small object in the form of an envelope, which contains a built-in LED light that notifies its user when incoming mail has been received. It supports Skype, MSN, and E-mail/POP3. It is simply plugged into a computer or laptop, and lights up when new mail has been received. It also lights up according to the information that has been received (in three different colors). The Pepper Zoo gives this handy device the TIPPI APPROVAL stamp.

Google Launches Twitter Archive

Google has launched a timeline of archived Twitter messages, which is organized by topic and allows people to see what the buzz is on Twitter (in the past). It's sort of like a Twitter blog, in the sense that people can go back to certain dates and see what was going on in the Twitter world at the time.

It's not 100% complete yet. Google said only tweets going back to February of this year will be available at launch over the next few days; however, the plan is to resurface tweets as far back as March 2008. The features allow exploration of how the news is broken down at a certain moment in time. For example, what people were saying about the health care legislation in Congress or what were they tweeting about during the Oscar's?
